With the sun shining more and more these days, I can’t help think about all the warm weather we are going to have in late Spring and early Summer (it takes that long to really warm up around here;) and how we’ll soon get to ditch the cozy sweaters and boots. So with all of the beautiful Spring colors that are arriving at the shops these days, they inspired me to be in the warm weather spirit right now, and I thought it would be a fun thing to put together a couple of outfit ideas for when the time comes!
Putting mood boards together like this also help me make sure that I am adding things to my closet that can easily be combined with other items I already own, or help me see that I might need to purchase an extra item or two to make the outfit work. The worst is when I buy a top or dress and find that I have no shoes or coordinating accessories to go with it, and then this brand new item ends up sitting in my closet unworn.
